Founder and Chairman
Mr. Neo Wang
Mr. Neo Wang, Founder and Chairman, brings 6 years of corporate executive experience and 18 years of entrepreneurial experience, with deep expertise in new energy and intelligent hardware industries.
He previously held key roles at leading technology companies including Aigo, Macromedia, and Intel, serving as Head of Product and Head of China Business, with strong capabilities in product development and commercialization.
Since entering the new energy sector in 2014, Mr. Wang has been actively involved in building EV infrastructure in China. His team served Tesla China, and between 2014-2015, helped develop one of the earliest and largest EV charging networks for private vehicles in China.
The company later expanded into EV charging operations and services, with major clients including Tesla, State Grid, and BMW. The team also led and contributed to the formulation of national standards for EV and two-wheeler charging and battery swapping systems in China.
In 2018, the company received a strategic investment of RMB 200 million from Ant Financial, and built one of the largest two-wheeler charging networks in China, serving over 30 million users.
In 2019, Mr. Wang founded the MAMOTOR electric two-wheeler brand and established a leading battery swapping network for individual users in China.
In October 2022, the company expanded internationally into Indonesia, launching the LISGO electric motorcycle brand, and supported IBC (Indonesia Battery Corporation) in developing battery swapping standards and battery asset management systems for Indonesia’s EV ecosystem.
Rico Tang, with over 10 years of experience in software product design and operations, currently serves as the COO of REG Company. He is responsible for the company's product and system architecture design, determining and implementing user growth strategies and operational network optimization strategies, enhancing the efficiency of collaboration across various departments of the company.
With a Double Degree in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science from RMIT University, Australia, and over 15 years of hands-on experience, Sylvia is dedicated to fostering sustainable growth and developing efficient, tech-driven solutions that create a lasting impact. As the PT Battery Bank of CEO, she is committed to building collaborations that enhance sustainable mobility in Indonesia and improve the livelihoods of communities throughout the region.
Gavin Wang has previously worked at Tesla, VIVO, Translon, and Apple, where he was responsible for building offline sales channels and fulfilling sales tasks. He currently serves as the Sales VP of REG, in charge of constructing REG's global sales channels and establishing the marketing network.
